Little Miss Sunshine

This movie is funny, but it is not for everyone. If you fall into these categories, you probably won't get the movie:

- If you have never been on a roadtrip, you might not laugh.
- If you never were, or don't know anyone who has been, a disaffected rebellious teenager, you might not chuckle.
- If your family has no dysfunction, or if you are unable to laugh at your family's dysfunction, you might think the movie is dark.
- If you don't see any humor in a gay porn mag called "Buns & Ammo" then you might just get grossed out.


Now that I think about it, in some ways LMS shares a lot with the Royal Tennembaums, although it is much more accessible than that movie. My mom & aunt took my grandmother to see Little Miss Sunshine. In the end, both these movies are about the strength and importance of family.
